There are two basic approaches for integrating Upheal:

  1. Processing API
    • Insights are processed from the supplied recording and metadata.
    • No existing entities like clients or providers are required. This approach is suitable if you want Upheal to just generate insights from your data and not store anything afterwards.
  2. Application API
    • Allows accessing and maintaining all entities as available through the Upheal App.
    • This approach is suitable if your users are using Upheal App and some or all of its features (telehealth, notes editor), and you need to access entities from your system.
